A little bit about me

I'm a freelance surface pattern designer, based in Haarlem, the Netherlands, where I live with my boyfriend and our two cats.

I create surface patterns for the fashion and interior textile industry.

After finishing my education in fashion design at ArtEZ school of arts in Arnhem I shifted my focus towards designing prints. I love to draw and paint and almost always start each design by hand on paper. The beauty of nature is what inspires me most and I like to design in a very intuitive way. Although I love illustrating plants and flowers, I occasionally also enjoy designing abstract prints and can design in different styles.
